BACKGROUND
Sorcha’s career has been anything but one-dimensional. With more than a decade spent moving between strategy consulting and marketing, she’s just as at home in a boardroom full of corporate executives as she is brainstorming with small business owners over coffee. She’s led the Strategy and Design stream at a boutique consultancy, headed up Business Development for global real estate giant Colliers, and picked up a wealth of insight on how organisations of all shapes and sizes tick.

With a special interest in how government and large organisations engage with SMBs, whether through procurement, grants, or industry programs, Sorcha has advised on projects as diverse as Australia’s first Business Improvement District, NSW Government’s school procurement processes, and Federal Government initiatives to support the space industry.
Her clients value her insight and reliability, with more than 65% returning for repeat engagements and a perfect track record in post-project feedback.

Outside of work, Sorcha’s time is joyfully monopolised by a toddler and a terrier. When she manages some time for herself, she enjoys getting lost in fantasy novels, keeping active, and exploring the great outdoors.
