BACKGROUND
Sandi is a seasoned management consultant with more than 22 years’ experience helping organisations grow, adapt, and thrive. He specialises in business and digital strategy, operating model redesign, business transformation, product and service commercialisation, CX transformation, supply chain transformation, and data monetisation.

With a career that spans Australia, the US, and India, Sandi brings a distinctive blend of strategic insight and operational expertise. He has a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership teams to deliver growth and guide complex transformation initiatives from design through to execution.
​
Much of his work focuses on energy and utilities, consumer goods, technology, logistics and supply chain, retail, and media industries where change is constant and stakes are high. Over the years, he has worked with some of Australia’s most renowned and marquee brands, supporting them through ambitious growth and transformation journeys.

When he’s not helping businesses transform, Sandi is busy transforming himself. He’s currently training for his first marathon (and trying to convince himself it will be “fun”) while also taking on the kitchen with the same determination, swapping executive strategy for mastering spice blends to create the perfect pescatarian meal. Whether it’s pounding the pavement or experimenting with new dishes, he loves a challenge, especially the kind that ends with a good meal.
